Why should I sell to National Gold & Jewelry Buyers?

Unlike most other on-line buyers of gold, National Gold & Jewelry Buyers has an actual storefront that maintains regular business hours and is open to the public. We have a second hand articles buying license from the city and are active members of the Chamber of Commerce in our community (Medford, Massachusetts). Our professional buying staff includes a Graduate Gemologist (G.l.A .) with over 30 years experience in the jewelry industry.

What happens after you receive my package?

We'll take a photo of your items on our scale and compute your payout, then e-mail it to you with a confirmation number. You will have 72 hours to accept the offer bye-mailing us at info@nationalgoldandjewelrybuyers.com or calling us at 781-396-1616 Monday through Friday (10 a.m. to 5 p.m) and Saturday (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) EST. lfyou accept our offer, we will mail you a check by first class mail or deposit the funds directly into your Paypal account. Express overnight service is available for an additional service charge of $15.00 which will be deducted from your payout. If you decide not to accept our offer, your items will be returned to you.

How can you assure the security and accuracy ofmy valuables sent?

Your package is received and monitored by our surveillance cameras in a secure room. Your items never leave our building and all items are weighed, tested and processed for 100% accuracy.

Do you pay for diamonds and gemstones that are set in the jewelry?

We will gladly evaluate any diamonds over y,; ct. and pay you according to current market prices at the cash value level. If you wish to keep items with small diamonds or colored gemstones, we recommend that you have them removed prior to sending to us as they will not be returned.

There is always a qualified representative to answer any questions that you may have. Feel free to call us during regular business hours Monday-Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. EST. We're here to help and consumers appreciate our honest and straightforward approach. We are not "amateur gold buyers" or "opportunists." Do you have a walk-in location?

Yes. We would be happy to help you at our location at 101 Mystic Avenue in Medford, Massachusetts during regular business hours. Payment is immediate.

Is my package insured?

Yes. You receive free insurance and tracking by FedEx. Your package is insured up to $1,000.00. If you feel that you would like more insurance coverage, please call us at 781396- 1616.

Every seller must be at least eighteen (18) years of age in order to conduct business with National Gold & Jewelry Buyers. Every seller must be the actual owner of any or all property sold or attempted to be sold to National Gold & Jewelry Buyers.
